Offered all year round, the Gold UMAT Prep includes a proven 2 day clinic and requires home study and pre skill building under the direction of a Global Medical Education Online UMAT Senior specialist. It includes  access to our complimentary online tests which are most useful on the intensive run in to the UMAT in July 2009. The student receives instant feedback and remedial advice thus ensuring the student a timely proficiency level and skill checking tool. Doing tests in the hope of improving one's score is not recommended. Tests are purely for checking skill levels. Be advised there is no fixed format or sequence for UMAT as it changes annually and candidates sit multiple versions of each UMAT annually. Candidates wishing to "play" with tests in an effort to improve their skills will deprive themselves of obtaining a superior score which results from developing their appropriate skills from first principles by undertaking all units of competency sequentially and thoroughly.

Please note: UMAT is not a knowledge test but checks psychometric skills and abilities. Hoping to do well in it by doing complimentary tests does little to enhance your score. A superior score is obtained by developing the skills then testing these developed skills on our complimentary online tests.We include a full length electronically scored and timed trial test for students in class. It's a tough test and we consider more than a good indicator of where you stand giving you time to correct time management and any section which needs boosting. Our students should initially complete all studies and drills in order to build the skills and then via our proven Global Medical Education Online Student Education Platform they have access to our complimentary online tests.

Day 1: Includes a thorough review and polish for all 3 sections of the UMAT including a full length 2.5 hours UMAT trial test scored electronically and marked instantly giving you your individual performance statistics as well as comparison to the class avergaes.
Day 2: Includes the ultimate preparation for a successful Medical Interview and advanced interpersonal skills.

This course covers preparation for all 3 sections of the UMAT TEST. In addition it teaches valuable interview and interpersonal skills that are essential for successfully obtaining a medical, dental, physiotherapy or oral health science seat. Too often has a brilliant student excelled at the UMAT test only to receive a cold rebuttal at the point of the interview stage. Included in the 2nd day of the course are many techniques to help you succeed in difficult interviews.

As with all Global Medical Education Online Course in Preparation for Studies in Health Sciences all students receive access to study units immediately and sequentially upon enrolment and are advised to prepare in advance for the clinic.
